Cocktail Style Catering
Cocktail Style / Canape Catering is a very popular choice for many hosting functions and can be adapted to be extrmely formal or quite casual.
This style of catering is often under rated being thought of as not to be substantial enough to consider for a meal. This may be the case with other caterers, but not with the team at Acclaimed.
There is a vast array of delectable choices on our cocktail/canape menu that will cover every taste. Most of our clients choose 6 to 8 different dishes (depending on number of guests). We then provide a minimum of 15 pieces per person providing ample to be a substantial meal.
We have found that "cocktail style" has become very a popular choice with couples planning their wedding reception as many move away from the traditional formalities.
Cocktail style catering can also be adapted to suit your individual service needs. Platters can be circulated for a specified time or broken up into stages to accommodate other formalities such as speeches.
No matter how long or short your guest list is, cocktail style is an alternative for any style of function.
